I recently went through the Emerging Leaders in Tech course with The Dream Collective. The team did a fantastic job navigating the challenges of having to run virtually due to COVID. It was a fantastic few days and I am feeling energised and ready for positive steps forward on my leadership journey. Following the course I've managed to secure a promotion, and am using the skills I learnt to help navigate salary negotiations and this more senior role.

The Dream Collective is an empowering, rewarding and action-orientated program where I was equipped with practical tools and relevant tips to improve my leadership capabilities and skills. Over the course of two days, I expanded my thinking and perspective hearing and learning from other women. The 2-day Leadership workshop through TDC has helped me to realise the inner confidence I have to push beyond and become a better ME and and a better leader. This course provides tools and applies the tools through group activities. Not only did I come out knowing myself better, but I also have a cohort of 14 wonderful strong women that I've come to know through a shared experience. I attended the Emerging Leaders Program conducted by the Dream Collective. It was a great course over 2 days that covered many areas that I wanted to learn about, such as elevating my personal brand, having courageous conversations in the workplace, and understanding emotional intelligence. The course really provided a framework of actionable steps instead of purely theory, which eliminated the abstract nature of many similar courses. I truly enjoyed the bootcamp with Dream Collective! The program was very comprehensive and there was the right combination between theory and practical exercises. It really provides you with the framework to identify the strenghts and weaknesses in the workplace as well as how to work on them. I attended the Dream Collective 2 day program focused on emerging leaders that took place in Singapore. The 2 days were set to really focus on understanding ourselves more, visualizing what kind of leaders we want to be, and how we can get there. Many of the conclusions/ goals that came out of this were things that I had thought about, but never took the time to write it down, and really think about how I can get to it - action oriented. The setting was also intimate enough to get to know the other members in the room. Overall, my experience was very well worth my time, and would recommend it to anyone who is ambitious about their career and need some guidance.

I had the opportunity to do the Emerging Leaders Program virtually with them this year and I was very impressed with the way Brooke made the 2 day session so interactive and engaging online. The Dream Collective is an empowering, rewarding and action-orientated program where I was equipped with practical tools and relevant tips to improve my leadership capabilities and skills. Over the course of two days, I expanded my thinking and perspective hearing and learning from other women. This is a valuable feature of the program as it brings together women from diverse backgrounds and experiences to share and learn together. Brooke Taylor is an incredibly talented facilitator as she creates an inclusive environment, effectively manages group dynamics and skilled in participatory peer-to-peer facilitation methods. The 2-day Leadership workshop through TDC has helped me to realise the inner confidence I have to push beyond and become a better ME and and a better leader. This course provides tools and applies the tools through group activities. Not only did I come out knowing myself better, but I also have a cohort of 14 wonderful strong women that I've come to know through a shared experience. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to propel themselves forward and shift their mindset!

Spending 2 days with The Dream Collective as part of the Emerging Leaders program was well worth it. This course offered both inspiration and practicality. This is a difficult balance to achieve over two days but TDC absolutely nailed it. I have never experienced a training program quite like this - I left inspired, confident and with tangible actions on how to keep working towards my goals. I attended the Emerging Leaders Program conducted by the Dream Collective. It was a great course over 2 days that covered many areas that I wanted to learn about, such as elevating my personal brand, having courageous conversations in the workplace, and understanding emotional intelligence. The course really provided a framework of actionable steps instead of purely theory, which eliminated the abstract nature of many similar courses. I truly enjoyed the bootcamp with Dream Collective! The program was very comprehensive and there was the right combination between theory and practical exercises. It really provides you with the framework to identify the strenghts and weaknesses in the workplace as well as how to work on them. I definitely feel I now have a much more solid plan on the steps and actions I need to put in place to achieve my vision. Very empowering!

I attended the Dream Collective 2 day program focused on emerging leaders that took place in Singapore. The 2 days were set to really focus on understanding ourselves more, visualizing what kind of leaders we want to be, and how we can get there. Many of the conclusions/ goals that came out of this were things that I had thought about, but never took the time to write it down, and really think about how I can get to it - action oriented. The setting was also intimate enough to get to know the other members in the room. Overall, my experience was very well worth my time, and would recommend it to anyone who is ambitious about their career and need some guidance.
